The Hoa Binh Hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi in the Hoan Kiem district otherwise known as the French Quarter. The 1920’s style architecture and interior design provide a simple and comfortable atmosphere reminiscent of classy, urban sophisticates of the day. However, the metropolitan location does include standard, city street noise throughout the day and into the evening. While airport shuttle transportation services and on-site parking are available, be advised that there are surcharges to utilize these benefits.

The Hoa Binh Hotel is reasonably priced however, there appears to be a general consumer consensus that the hotel service staff is somewhat lacking in quality. Room amenities are limited to air conditioning, a mini-bar, and hair dryers that are available only on request. There are two restaurants within the hotel offering options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner: The Le Splendide serves selections of French cuisine while the Asiatic offers traditional Vietnamese entrees for a taste of local flavor. The Night Bar on the third floor offers coffee, tea, soft drinks, and other beverages. Hoa Binh does provide three seminar rooms and a business center including secretariat services, a limited service spa, and gift shop.
