At Vietnam Travel we believe great customer service should be rewarded. So, after a comprehensive survey comprising over 16,000 reviews of 350 hotels we are proud to present the very best hotels in all Vietnam.

The results at the top are breathtakingly close, with just fractions of a percent seperating the top hotels in the country, so we felt it was not fair to simply list the top 10 hotels in Vietnam. To ensure we give full credit to Vietnam's best hotels we also have listed the top hotels in 6 of the country's key tourist destinations : Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Mui Ne + Phan Thiet, Nha Trang, Hoi An and Hue.

Where do the scores come from?

At Vietnam Travel we have collected and analysed 9,126 reviews of 347 hotels from multiple trusted sources to help our visitors find the perfect hotels for their stay in Vietnam.Our cunning review system allows us to display an overview of how a hotel has scored across the web, allowing visitors to quickly compare hotels and choose one that suits their tastes.

Since we pull hotels from multiple sources - including several that require users to book a hotel before providing a review - you can be confident the ratings are accurate.

As we think hotels that are consistently excellent deserve recognition, we have only selected hotels whose score is based on 10 or more reviews.

This obviously puts new hotels at a slight disadvantage but as we will be announcing the top 30 on an annual basis there is no reason not to aim high for 2010.
