Manage a booking

Your booking page is the link in the emails we send you (it starts with vietnamtravel.org/booking/VT-). It shows your driver's name, photo and plate once they're assigned, lets you add the trip to your calendar, and lets you message us.

Booked in the last few hours? We confirm your car and driver by email within 12 hours of your request. Nothing to pay until the day.

Change or cancel

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Reply to any of our emails, or write to hello@vietnamtravel.org with your booking reference (VT-…), and say what you'd like to change. A flight delay needs no action: we track your flight.

Can't find your confirmation?

Check your spam folder for an email from vietnamtravel.org, then email us with the name and date you booked under and we'll resend it.
