- a question before you book, such as which vehicle fits your group and luggage
- a change to a booking: date, time, flight, hotel or number of passengers
- a late flight or a problem on the day of your transfer
- a mistake or an out-of-date detail on the site
For a booking, include the reference from your confirmation email and the pickup date. For an airport pickup, add your flight number so we can track it. Messages about an upcoming transfer get answered first.
We’re setting up a WhatsApp number for travellers, so you can message the team in English and we can pass anything on to your driver in Vietnamese. It isn’t live yet. When it is, the number will be here and in your booking confirmation. Please email for now.
Managing a booking
Your confirmation email has a link to view or change your booking. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. At airports, drivers wait 90 minutes free after your flight lands, and we track your flight, so a delay doesn’t need a message from you. Details are on the Saigon airport transfers page.
