What is K-Town Resort?
A village-style resort designed on Korean lines, within the NovaWorld complex and next to the parks and the golf course. Booking.com lists it as beachfront with a private beach area, two swimming pools, two restaurants, a gym, family rooms and non-smoking rooms. Guests who describe it mention clean grounds, polite staff and a big pool, and several stayed for tennis: it has courts for tennis and pickleball.
It is rated four star. Check the current rate on a booking site, since rates vary by season and weekday.
How big is it, and how do I find my room?
Spread out. One listing notes the villas can be well over a kilometre from the main access roads, and the grounds are laid out as a village, not a block. That matters on arrival: ask the resort which gate and reception to use, and have the reception phone number ready for the driver. We take the car to the reception, and the resort moves you and the bags to your room.
Is it near the golf and parks?
Yes. The resort is described as a 10-minute drive from Circus Land and Wonderland Water Park, and Booking.com lists a golf course within 3 km. Golf guests say the driving range and the 36-hole course are close. For the NovaWorld golf club, a car is more reliable than waiting for a shuttle.
How long is the drive from Saigon?
Typically 3 to 3½ hours from Tan Son Nhat. The developer’s 1½-hour figure is a best case from the eastern edge of Saigon, not from the airport.
Is K-Town a good base for the Mui Ne strip?
It is a different stay. The resort is on the NovaWorld coast, and Mui Ne is on the far side of Phan Thiet, 40 to 60 minutes away. People who want evenings out at restaurants stay on the strip; people who want a resort and the parks stay here.
