The name means “grill village”. Our 2009 listing had it at 223 Nguyen Trong Tuyen at about $3-5 a head. We found no current listing, review or post for a restaurant of that name at that address, and “Lang Nuong” is also the name of several unrelated grill restaurants in the city, so search results are muddy. We can’t say it’s open.
Grilled food in Saigon now
Grilled meat and seafood, eaten at a table with beer, is a big part of Saigon eating, and most neighbourhoods have a restaurant or street-side place doing it. Phu Nhuan is a residential district a short ride from the airport, and worth a look. Ask for the prices before ordering seafood, which is usually sold by weight.
