Wrap & Roll (Hai Ba Trung)

Wrap & Roll's first restaurant, at 62 Hai Ba Trung in District 1, is no longer on the chain's list of branches. The chain itself is still trading in Saigon.

Wrap & Roll is a Vietnamese chain built around fresh rolls: rice paper with herbs, grilled pork or prawns, dipped in a choice of sauces. Its own site says the first restaurant opened at 62 Hai Ba Trung, and our old listing had two sites, that one and a food court on the third floor of Parkson Plaza, at about $2-3 a roll dish. Foody’s page for the Hai Ba Trung branch showed dishes at about 40,000-165,000 dong.

Where to find it now

The chain’s own branch page lists these Saigon branches: MPlaza (39 Le Duan, ground floor, District 1), Vincom Center Dong Khoi (basement level 3, 72 Le Thanh Ton, District 1), SC VivoCity in District 7 and Giga Mall in Thu Duc. Neither the Hai Ba Trung site nor Parkson Plaza is on the list, so we’re treating both as closed. Opening hours vary by branch, so check before you go.

MPlaza and Vincom are both in the central district, a few minutes’ walk from Dong Khoi. See our Ho Chi Minh City guide for more, and Saigon’s night markets for street food after dark.
