How far is Hyatt Regency Nha Trang from Cam Ranh airport?
Hyatt’s opening release puts it about 40 minutes from Cam Ranh International Airport and about 5 minutes by car from Nha Trang Train Station. That is the short end of our 40 to 55 minute range for the beach strip. Late at night it is close to 40, and in the evening rush on Tran Phu it can be nearer an hour. For international arrivals, the fast-track immigration add-on is worth a look when several flights land together.
Where is the hotel on Tran Phu?
At number 44, in the middle of the beachfront strip, with the sea across the road. Hotels.com puts the night market about 3 minutes’ walk away and Tram Huong Tower about 11. The Premier Havana is at number 38 and the Novotel at 50, so it is a row of hotels along one road, and giving the driver the number 44 avoids a wrong stop.
Is Hyatt Regency Nha Trang new, and does that matter for the drop-off?
It opened in late December 2025 as the first Hyatt in Nha Trang, with 434 rooms and suites, so it is a large house on a busy road. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out 11 am according to the hotel’s own site, so a morning landing means leaving bags with the front desk until the room is ready. Because it is new, some map apps and older guides still show another building at the address: give the driver the name and number.
Does Hyatt Regency Nha Trang have an airport shuttle?
Expedia says the hotel has a 24-hour airport shuttle, and Trip.com lists airport pick-up and drop-off. We could not find the price on Hyatt’s own pages, so we don’t quote one. If the hotel quotes you per person, compare it with a fixed price per car for your group size, which is shown in the booking box.
What time should we leave Hyatt Regency for a flight?
For an international flight, leave about 3½ hours before departure. For a domestic flight, 2½ hours is enough on most days. The drive is 40 to 55 minutes, and the check-in at CXR can be slow at weekends.
Leaving for Da Lat, Mui Ne or Saigon
The hotel is a short run from the road out of the city. The Da Lat to Nha Trang route covers the Khanh Le pass, and the Mui Ne to Nha Trang route the expressway south. Saigon is about 5½ to 7 hours. See the Nha Trang page for the city.
