No. It sits on a hill about 80 m above sea level at Km 9 Nguyen Thong in Phu Hai, looking out over Mui Ne Bay. Listings put the sea at 100 m to 1 km depending on how they measure, Ong Dia Stone Beach is about 1 km away, and a shuttle or buggy runs to the beach. The four pools are the main water.
