A very large resort: 1,399 rooms and villas by the resort’s count, many with private or semi-private pools, seven restaurants and bars, a 1,500 m² pool, a 1,000 m² convention centre and a 27-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman with an academy. It sits on Long Beach on the Cam Ranh peninsula in Bac Cam Ranh Ward.
Does the free transfer cover everyone?
The resort says it provides a free airport transfer for bookings from two nights. That covers most stays, so the question is not price but timing: is it waiting when you land, and how big is the vehicle? A booked car takes the guesswork out for a large family, a group with golf bags, or a late arrival. If you are already covered, use the resort’s. If you are one night, or you want the same driver for the trip on, a private car is the alternative.
How big is it, and where does the car stop?
Large enough that a bad drop-off adds ten minutes of walking. The car stops at the main lobby, and the resort directs you from there.
Is it for golfers?
Largely. The Greg Norman course is the draw, and for a tour group with clubs a van is easier than two taxis. Tell us the number of bags. Non-golfers get the beach and the pools.
