How near is Alma to Cam Ranh airport?

Very near: about 10 minutes, according to the resort, which gives 5 to 15 minutes along Nguyen Tat Thanh Boulevard. That makes it one of the quickest airport-to-pool trips in Vietnam. The catch is on the other side, in Nha Trang city, 35 to 45 km north.

What does the resort charge for the shuttle?

Booking sites list VND 1,000,000 per room one-way from Cam Ranh. That is a lot for a ride that a metered taxi does for a fraction (the resort’s own guide says USD 5–10). A private car at a fixed price per car sits between the two and brings a driver at arrivals who has tracked your flight. For a short hop like this, the real saving is on the longer trip out: Alma to Nha Trang, Da Lat or Mui Ne.

Is Alma a family resort?

The resort markets itself for families and has a guide on its site for travelling to Nha Trang and Cam Ranh with children. A sedan is fine for two. For four or five with cases, take a 7-seater, and ask for child seats when you book.

Do you need a car in the evenings?
