Is Fusion Suites Saigon really near the park?
Yes, and it is the first thing the hotel says about itself: a few steps from one of the city’s oldest parks. Tao Dan Park is 500 m away, and the hotel describes itself as an all-suite property in a style of “sophisticated minimalism”. The address is Suong Nguyet Anh Street, a short, quiet street that runs beside the park rather than onto one of the main boulevards, which is why a driver who only has “Fusion Suites” may circle once. Give the street name.
It is a 144-room hotel (per Tablet Hotels) with studio-style suites, each with a kitchenette, and a family suite with a second bedroom and bunk beds that takes up to three adults and a child under six. That mix is why families often book it, and why the car question matters: a family of four with suitcases will want a 7-seater, not a small sedan.
How far is Fusion Suites Saigon from the airport?
The hotel’s own contact page gives 6.9 km to Tan Son Nhat, and Rome2rio puts a taxi at under 10 minutes on a clear road. In practice plan 25 to 45 minutes, since the run through the city grid slows at the morning and evening peaks. International arrivals use T2, and a booked car meets you there.
What does the hotel charge for its own airport car?
Expedia and Agoda both list a hotel airport shuttle at VND 750,000 per vehicle one way, daily 6:00 to 22:00 on request (read 4 Oct 2026). The hotel’s own features page confirms a paid private car and gives a reservations address, and a TripAdvisor guest mentions ordering the limousine shuttle for the return for an extra fee. The window matters: a flight landing after 22:00 or before 6:00 sits outside the hotel’s published hours, and that is the case where a booked car with flight tracking earns its place. Our fixed price per car is in the booking box above.
What is within walking distance?
Bui Vien walking street and Ben Thanh Market are each about 1 km away. Independence Palace is 1.6 km, the War Remnants Museum 1.8 km, and the hotel lists the nearest metro station at 2.2 km. The hotel runs daily spa treatments and breakfast served “anywhere”, so many guests don’t leave in the morning at all. If you want something to do, the Cu Chi tunnels and the Mekong at My Tho are full-day trips the car can wait for.
Leaving Fusion Suites for the coast or the delta
Because the street is right in the centre, long trips begin with the same slow first half hour as everywhere in District 1. Mui Ne is 2½ to 4 hours, Vung Tau about 1½ to 2½, and Can Tho 2½ to 3½. For the early ones, ask reception to have the bags down at the street entrance, so the car is not held up on a side street.
