Is Minera an overnight stay or a day trip?
Both work. Minera describes a resort of 137 rooms and villas (the resort site, read 4 Oct 2026), some with private mineral-water pools, plus a day-visitor complex with more than 30 bathing services: mineral pools, a mud bath, hot and cold saunas and the 82-degree pool where visitors boil eggs. Day tickets and overnight stays are sold separately, and price lists vary by season and by weekday, so use Minera’s own page when you plan. See Binh Chau for the springs and the local area.
How do I get from the airport to the springs?
The car takes the Long Thanh–Dau Giay expressway and the Bien Hoa–Vung Tau expressway (under 9 seats only since May 2026), then Highway 55 to Binh Chau. Allow 2¾ to 3½ hours. For a day trip from Tan Son Nhat, you can land, go straight to the springs and be back for a late flight; ask for the car to wait and tell us how many hours.
What if I’m combining Minera with Ho Tram?
That is the common pairing. Binh Chau is inland from the Ho Tram strip, 30–40 minutes from the beach resorts such as Meliá Ho Tram and Dhawa Ho Tram. A single car can take you from the airport to Minera for a night, then on to the beach.
What about Ho Coc beach?
It is a short run from the springs, quieter than the resort strip and more rustic. Ask the driver to stop on the way if you want a look.
Onward routes from Minera
Cars run in both directions between Minera and Ho Tram, Vung Tau and either Saigon airport. The table below lists them. For international departures, leave about 5½ hours before the flight.
