How long is the ride from Cam Ranh airport to the Sheraton?

Allow 40 to 55 minutes. Cam Ranh airport is south of Nha Trang, so the car drives up the coast road and in along the bay to Tran Phu. Plan for the top of the range when several flights land together or the beach road is jammed. On an international landing, fast-track immigration is the add-on that saves the most time.

Where on Tran Phu is the Sheraton?

At 26-28, on the beachfront strip in the city centre, with the sea across the road. A Trip.com review notes that the sea-view rooms get a 90-degree side view rather than a head-on one. The hotel has 284 rooms, a spa and an outdoor pool according to a travel directory, and Hotels.com puts Lotte Mart’s Gold Coast branch about 5 minutes’ walk away. The Sailing Club, which Agoda lists as a nearby landmark, is a short distance away.

When did the Sheraton open?

The hotel opened officially in October 2010, after six months of finishing touches, according to Vietnam’s national tourism administration. It is one of the older international-standard five-stars in the city, which shows in the lobby and the location rather than in a new building.

Does the Sheraton have an airport car, and what does it cost?

The hotel arranges cars on request. We found no published price: Marriott’s own page could not be read from our side and the booking sites we checked show no fee. Ask the hotel when you book and compare it with a fixed price per car, which is shown in the booking box. Families and groups usually find the per-car price easier.
