Yes. TTC Hotel - Ngoc Lan is the hotel at 42 Nguyen Chi Thanh that Da Lat has known for decades as the Ngoc Lan Hotel. It now belongs to TTC Hospitality, which runs several hotels in Da Lat, and trades as a four-star with 91 rooms and suites. Booking sites list it as “TTC Hotel - Ngoc Lan”, “TTC Ngoc Lan” or plain “TTC Hotel Dalat”, and drivers still say “Ngoc Lan”.
TTC has other properties in Da Lat, including a resort on Mai Anh Dao, so give the driver the street: “TTC Ngoc Lan, Nguyen Chi Thanh”.
Where is TTC Hotel - Ngoc Lan?
On Nguyen Chi Thanh, on the slope above the western shore of Xuan Huong Lake, directly above Da Lat market. It’s about as central as Da Lat gets: the market and the night market are a five-minute walk, the lake is across the road, and Lam Vien Square is about ten minutes along the shore. Since July 2025 the address is Xuan Huong–Da Lat ward; older listings say Ward 1.
Which rooms look over Xuan Huong Lake?
The lake is the reason to stay here. TTC Hospitality lists six room types: 51 Deluxe rooms, 17 Deluxe Lake View rooms, 15 Premium Deluxe rooms, 4 lake-view suites, 3 Premium Suites and a Presidential Suite. If the view matters, book a Lake View room or suite by name rather than hoping for an upgrade. Rooms have heating, which is worth having on December nights in Da Lat.
From Lien Khuong airport to Nguyen Chi Thanh street
The drive from Lien Khuong airport (DLI) to TTC Hotel - Ngoc Lan is about 30 km and takes 35 to 50 minutes. The car runs north up the four-lane highway, climbs the Prenn pass, and crosses the centre to Nguyen Chi Thanh. The airport reopened on 19 August 2026; our Da Lat airport guide has the routes and the meet at arrivals.
In the evening, the streets around the market fill with night-market traffic, so the last few hundred metres can be slow. The driver will get as close to the entrance as the traffic allows.
Driving up from Saigon, Mui Ne or Nha Trang
From Saigon it’s 6 to 7 hours, from Mui Ne 3½ to 4½ and from Nha Trang 3 to 3¾ (the Da Lat page has the roads). Aim to arrive before about 5 pm: after that the night market takes over the streets below the hotel.
Who TTC Ngoc Lan suits
Couples and families who want to walk everywhere: the market, the lake, the night market and the cafés around them. It’s a city-centre hotel, not a resort, and it’s a sensible choice if you’ll spend evenings at the Da Lat night market rather than in a resort restaurant. For day trips to Datanla, Tuyen Lam Lake or Langbiang, a car with a driver collects you at the door.
Leaving TTC Hotel - Ngoc Lan
For a flight from Lien Khuong, leave about 2 hours before a domestic departure. For a taxi from TTC Ngoc Lan to Nha Trang, leave after breakfast to cross the Khanh Le pass in daylight; for Mui Ne, Bao Loc or Saigon, a morning start gets you there by afternoon.
