What is the Wonderland Resort?
A bungalow-style resort with a distinctive dome-shaped roofline, run by Nova Hotels and Resorts, the developer’s own hotel arm. It sits on the Bikini Beach side of NovaWorld next to Wonderland Water Park, and guests use the same beach plaza as the day visitors. Four-star rather than five, and priced accordingly: the resort’s October 2025 page quoted about 1.2 to 1.8 million dong a night.
What are the rooms like?
The resort lists Semi Oval and Diamond rooms in double or twin form, plus a Family room with a double and a single bed. All rooms have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and complimentary water, tea and coffee. Check-in is after 2 pm and check-out before noon. The Song Wave restaurant and the Windy Hill Lounge are the in-house places to eat and drink; the resort advertises seafood buffets from 499,000 dong a head and meat set menus from 599,000 dong.
Who is it for?
Families who want to be next to the water park and Circus Land, and groups on a budget who still want a beachfront NovaWorld base. If you want a spa resort with a kids’ club and a large pool, the Mövenpick next door is the bigger option; for a quieter small resort, the Radisson.
Do I need a car inside NovaWorld?
Within the Bikini Beach area, no: the parks are a short walk. For the golf club, the villas, dinner in Phan Thiet or Mui Ne, and the trip to or from the airport, yes. The development is 7 km long and taxis waiting at the gate are not something to count on.
Arriving late
If you land at Tan Son Nhat at night, tell the resort you’ll arrive after midnight. The drive is long but quiet once you are on the expressway, and the driver goes to the resort’s entrance.
From Wonderland to the rest of the coast
Mui Ne is 40 to 60 minutes away and Ke Ga 30 to 45 minutes. The table below prices each onward route and the way back to Saigon.
