Is Fusion Resort Cam Ranh really close to the airport?
Yes, about 10 minutes, which tour operators and guests agree on. The airport distance on Booking.com is 5 km. That makes it a short first ride for a place that sells slowness: 122 suites and villas, from 100 m² suites with garden views to two-bedroom pool villas of 324 m², on a 28-metre-high sand dune above the sea.
Does the resort include an airport transfer?
Not by default. The resort’s own site does not give a price, and booking sites describe the transfer as available on request with a surcharge. Agoda shows VND 550,000, another site asks for flight details 72 hours before you arrive, and some wellness packages bundle a private return transfer. Read your confirmation. If a transfer is included, you may not need a car for the airport leg at all, and the better use of a booking is the trip on to Nha Trang, Da Lat or Vinh Hy.
What is the all-spa-inclusive deal, and does it change how you travel?
One spa treatment a day per guest is part of the rate, and the resort markets “breakfast anywhere, anytime”, an organic farm and yoga and tai-chi classes. People who book it tend to stay put. That suits an arrival-day car and a departure-day car, with a single outing to Nha Trang in between, which the resort handles with its own shuttle schedule.
Where does Fusion sit among the Cam Ranh resorts?
It is the small end of the peninsula, 122 units against the 600-plus rooms at some neighbours, and still has kids’ activities and a farm. The Mövenpick and Alma pages cover two of the larger family resorts on the same coast.
Going on from Fusion
Nha Trang city is roughly 25 to 45 minutes away, see the Nha Trang page. Day trips to the hills go by the Da Lat to Nha Trang route, and the sea road south ends at Amanoi.
